Introducing Support Requests

We are really excited to release some major changes to the structure of As some of you might remember, we introduced Support Requests over a year ago for about a month before we took it down. One of the reasons we took it down quickly was because we had to many channels of communication. Contact form emails, geekhack personal messages, social media and now support requests etc. People were asking us stuff all over the place, it became and has been chaos. This is kind of our fault though, and we are really sorry. We never put the hammer down to enforce specific channels of support.

As of today, customer support and communication is now a first class citizen.

You will see a lot more updates around customer support and interfaces. To kick things off we are bringing back Support Requests and releasing a redesign of our FAQ and Contact page.

Support Requests

Our last approach we made support requests too complicated, we took it back a notch and kept it simple and in your face.

Support requests

To open a support request today, follow the following steps:

  1. Login at
  2. Click on your username in the top right corner.
  3. Click on Support.
  4. Finally, click on 'open a new support request' to get started.

Over the next few weeks, we'll be fine tuning our internal tooling for shipping and printing labels so we can open source it! Prepare to meet our mailman.


Our FAQ is now even more simple! We'll be adding questions every day so be sure to take a look.



Our contact page is now for general purposes only, any support inquires will be redirected to a support request. It's be redesigned to be more direct with what kind of messages we are looking for.
